Disclaimer: As we acquire our pins through various means, including trading in the parks, our pin inventory includes new, used, and possibly, factory-second pins. For this reason we try hard to thoroughly inspect all of our pins to assure they are suitable for resale.
Due to the nature of creating custom made-to-order gifts, pricing, lead time, and other details of your order will need to be discussed before we accept the request. Special requested items are subject to availability. Please use our custom request form to submit your custom gift order.
Due to the nature of our products we do not currently accept returns or exchanges.
If there are any problems with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. In extenuating circumstances, we may issue a replacement, at our own discretion.
PINS: We do our best to process pin orders immediately however please allow 1 to 3 business days processing time for in-stock pins. For “active trade” pins, please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing time. Special request or back ordered pins require longer processing time.
GIFTS: We do our best to process gift orders immediately however please allow 1 to 3 business days processing time for in-stock gifts. For “custom” gifts, lead time varies and will be discussed at POS.
Ground shipping is included in our in-stock gift prices. Sorry, we do not offer expedited shipping for any of our items at this time. If you would like to inquire about expediting an order at your own expense, please send us a message via Facebook or use our contact form.
