ELIGIBILITY: Group-Exclusive Giveaway Events are only open to members of the “For the Love and Memory of Disney” Facebook group, who are residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years or older, or at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry and have a parent’s or legal guardian’s consent and supervision during participation, on our website and/or in our Facebook group.
(Persons outside of the United States who attempt to enter the giveaway will be contacted and informed that, in the event they win and should they choose to accept the prize, they assume sole responsibility for shipping and handling.)
DRAWING/ODDS OF WINNING: A winner will be selected at random and notified on the day of the respective drawing. The winner will have twenty-four (24) hours to accept their prize. If the prize is not accepted, an alternative winner will be selected at random.
PRIZE/ENTRY CONDITIONS/RESTRICTIONS: All income taxes on or connected with any prize, and the reporting consequences thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
